2. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns. Items may be exchanged within [7 to 10 business days] of purchase with a valid receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Eligible for Exchange :

Shoes that show signs of wear or damage not due to a manufacturing fault.

Exchange Process :

You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid.

If lower, a store credit or voucher may be issued.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following terms :

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
